1.5 Uploads & User Content

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited, revocable license to process that content solely to provide the Service (e.g., previews, exports, caching).

You must have the rights to everything you upload (fonts, logos, screenshots, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of exported images complies with applicable brand guidelines and laws.

1.6 Exports & License to Outputs

Unless stated otherwise on a specific mockup page:

• License: We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use exported images for personal and commercial purposes.
• Restrictions: You may not (a) resell, sublicense, or distribute the exported images as standalone files in a way that competes with our mockups or exposes the raw assets; (b) claim our scenes as your own; (c) use outputs to imply endorsement by Apple or other third parties; or (d) use outputs in unlawful or misleading ways.
• Attribution: Not required but appreciated.

1.7 Fees & Payments

The Service does not charge fees at this time. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these Terms and the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

1.8 Intellectual Property

All scene designs, lighting setups, masks, and related materials are owned by iphone-mockups.com or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

“iPhone” and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. and are used for descriptive purposes only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

1.9 DMCA / Copyright Concerns

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, send a notice to [email protected] with:

• Your contact information;
• A description of the copyrighted work;
• The URL of the allegedly infringing material;
• A statement of good-faith belief and an accuracy/authority statement under penalty of perjury;
• Your signature.

1.10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature survive termination (e.g., licenses to outputs already delivered, disclaimers, limitations) remain in effect.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that outputs will meet your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iphone-mockups.com and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

2.1 Summary

We collect the minimum necessary to operate the Service, improve performance, and understand usage. Currently, the site is in early stage; only analytics trackers collect data while we prepare the full app.

2.2 What we collect

• Usage data: Pages visited, approximate location (city/region), device/browser info, session duration.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to measure traffic and improve UX. These services set cookies and process pseudonymous identifiers.
