An AI render is the unit used to generate images. A 1K image uses 1 AI render, a 2K image uses 1.5 AI renders, and a 4K image uses 2.25 AI renders.

Do unused AI renders expire?

Yes. AI renders are valid for 12 months from the date they are added to your account.

Do unused monthly AI renders roll over?

Yes. Monthly AI renders stay in your account for 12 months from the date they are added.

What happens if I run out of AI renders?

You can buy extra AI render packs or wait for the next monthly refill.

Are extra packs available without a subscription?

Yes. Extra AI render packs can be purchased without a subscription.

What happens if a generation fails?

If a generation fails because of a system or provider error, it should not use AI renders. If the image is generated successfully, AI renders are used even if the result is not subjectively perfect.

Can I cancel anytime?
