Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for iphone-mockups.com, operated by individual Vladimir Vul.

By purchasing a subscription plan or AI render pack, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Summary

iphone-mockups.com sells digital access to AI image and mockup generation. Because AI renders can be used immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and depend on usage, payment status, and the reason for the request.

If a refund is issued, any AI renders or access associated with the refunded payment may be revoked.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You can cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund previous payments.

First subscription payment

We may approve a refund for a first subscription payment if:

• you request it within 7 days of purchase;
• the account used 0-5 AI renders from this payment;
• there is no evidence of abuse, fraud, or policy violation.

Renewal payments

We may approve a refund for a renewal payment if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal and no AI renders from the new billing period were used.

3. One-Time AI Render Packs

One-time AI render pack purchases can be refunded within 14 days only if none of the AI renders from that pack were used.

If a pack is partially used, the purchase is generally not refundable.

4. Failed Generations

If a generation fails because of a system error, provider error, or technical issue on our side, AI renders should not be consumed or should be returned to your account.

If a generation completes successfully, AI renders are consumed even if:

• you do not like the result;
• the prompt did not produce what you expected;
• you decide not to use the output;
• you generated the wrong size or used the wrong settings.

AI generation is probabilistic. A successful generation is not refundable only because the output is subjectively unsatisfactory.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

We generally do not provide refunds for:

• used AI renders outside the first subscription payment exception described above;
• expired AI renders;
• partially used packs;
• renewal periods where AI renders from the new billing period were used;
• accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations;
• dissatisfaction with a successfully generated output;
• failure to cancel before renewal;
• payment provider fees, bank fees, or currency conversion costs;
• promotional or free AI renders.

6. Refund Effects

If a refund is approved:

• the refund will be sent to the original payment method where possible;
• related unused AI renders may be revoked;
• related subscription access may be cancelled or adjusted;
• if related AI renders were already used, we may decline the refund or apply an account adjustment.

Refund timing depends on PayPal and your bank.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute may cause the related account, subscription, or AI renders to be suspended while the dispute is reviewed. If a chargeback is resolved against us or a payment is reversed, we may revoke related AI renders and restrict the account.

• payment amount;
• whether the purchase was a subscription or pack;
• reason for the request;
• any relevant screenshots or error details.

We may ask for additional information to verify the request.

9. Processing Time

We try to review refund requests within 5 business days.

Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on PayPal, your bank, card issuer, or payment method.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
