Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iphone-mockups.com ("the Service"), operated by individual Vladimir Vul ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or pack, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

iphone-mockups.com provides AI-powered image and mockup generation tools. Users can upload or provide content, configure generation settings, and create AI-generated images in supported output sizes.

• AI image generation;
• mockup generation;
• image processing and editing tools;
• account usage tracking;
• subscription plans;
• one-time AI render packs.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use paid features. You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• keeping your login credentials secure;
• all activity that happens under your account;
• notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the Service, abuse payment systems, or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.

3. AI Renders

The Service uses AI renders as the unit for AI image generation.

AI renders may be included in a subscription plan or purchased through one-time packs. AI renders are valid for 12 months from the date they are added to your account. The Service uses the AI renders that expire soonest first.

• AI renders have no cash value;
• are not a bank balance, wallet, deposit, or stored-value account;
• cannot be transferred to another user;
• cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money;
• can only be used inside the Service;
• may be revoked if the related payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.

We may change AI render usage rates, plan allowances, pack sizes, or pricing in the future. Changes apply prospectively and will not reduce AI renders already added to your account unless required for fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, or legal reasons.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and PayPal to charge the applicable subscription fee at the stated billing interval.

Monthly subscription AI renders are added to your account after a successful subscription payment. Subscription AI renders remain valid for 12 months from the date they are added.

If a subscription payment fails, we may:

• mark your subscription as past due;
• pause future AI render refills;
• limit access to paid features;
• suspend or cancel the subscription.

You can cancel your subscription according to the billing controls available in your account or through PayPal. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. It does not automatically refund previous payments.

5. One-Time Packs

One-time AI render packs may be purchased separately from subscriptions. Pack AI renders are added to your account after successful payment and remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Pack purchases are subject to the Refund Policy.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for plans or packs you purchase.

Prices may not include taxes, VAT, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or payment provider fees unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for any taxes or fees applicable to your purchase.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, we may revoke the AI renders or access associated with that payment.

7. User Content

"User Content" means content you upload, submit, generate, or otherwise provide through the Service, including prompts, images, mockups, project files, and generated outputs.

You retain your rights to your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content only as needed to operate the Service, generate outputs, provide support, maintain safety and security, comply with legal obligations, and improve or debug the Service where permitted by your settings and applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to upload, process, and use your User Content.

8. AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them commercially or publicly. We do not guarantee that outputs are free from errors, intellectual property conflicts, or third-party rights claims.

Unless otherwise stated, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and the rights of third parties.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to create, upload, process, or distribute content that:

• violates any law or regulation;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents identity;
• contains non-consensual sexual content or intimate imagery;
• exploits or harms minors;
• promotes hate, harassment, or targeted abuse;
• facilitates scams, fraud, phishing, spam, or deceptive activity;
• creates fake documents, IDs, credentials, financial records, or official records;
• distributes malware or helps bypass security systems;
• attempts to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or abuse the Service;
• violates the policies of our payment processors, infrastructure providers, or AI providers.

We may remove content, block generations, suspend accounts, or refuse service if we believe these Terms are being violated.

10. Service Availability

We try to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider downtime, network issues, security incidents, or other causes.

If a generation fails due to a system or provider error, AI renders should not be consumed or should be returned. If a generation completes successfully, AI renders are consumed even if the result is not subjectively perfect.

11. Intellectual Property and Brand Notice

All scene designs, lighting setups, masks, coordinate files, and related materials are owned by iphone-mockups.com or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

"iPhone" and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. and are used for descriptive purposes only. iphone-mockups.com is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, analytics, storage, AI models, and other infrastructure. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, your payment fails or is disputed, your use creates risk or liability, we are required to do so by law, or we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your access to paid features may end. Remaining AI renders may be forfeited if the account is terminated for abuse, fraud, chargeback, or violation of these Terms.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, individual Vladimir Vul will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
